One 45-minute music therapy assessment at our Parsippany location, including 15-minute phone consultation and written report
Four (4) half-hour individual music therapy sessions (or 2 one-hour individual music therapy sessions) at our Parsippany office
Terms and Conditions of the Holiday Bundle:
The assessment must be completed before October 31st, 2027
After the assessment and scheduling process, sessions must be scheduled across consecutive weeks (i.e., they must occur on a regular schedule).
All sessions must be completed by December 31st, 2027. Funds from the Holiday Bundle are valid until this date.
The Holiday Bundle Deal is non-refundable and non-transferable (i.e., can only be used for a single client).
This deal is for individual sessions only.
Scheduling is subject to therapist’s availability.
By adding this item to your cart, you affirm you have read and agree to our attendance policy (including no-shows), our HIPAA and privacy policy, and agree to enter into a short-term contract with Riverstone Therapies, LLC, until the completion of the sessions included in this bundle. At that time you may be asked to sign an additional contract to continue services.
